• structuring the 100% equity acquisition of a large company in the manufacturing and engineering industry which specialises in fabrication of metal products; perforated sheeting; laser cutting; and bending of metal products.
• negotiating numerous sub-contracting agreements for the installation of transmission lines in countries such as Tanzania, Uganda, Kenya, the Republic of South Africa and the Kingdom of Eswatini, as well as the construction of electrical sub-stations and feeder bays in projects commissioned.
• advising client in the decommissioning of a chemical plant which manufactured copper sulphate from recycled copper, for relocation to a new manufacturing site.
• advising in the resolution of a commercial dispute involving the multimillion construction of Bus Rapid Transit system superstructures.
