Motivated by the urgeto break a long-standing stereotype of an inability to attain professional heights – which still exists in some quarters – two former footballers deliberately set out to establish a dynamic corporate enterprise which would showcase excellence and uncompromised standards in the corporate environment.

Mxolisi Dlamini is a director in thecompany and holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B. Com) as well as a Master of Business Administration (MBA). He is a member of the Eswatini Institute of Accountants (EIA) with accounting experience spanning over a period of 15 years.

Eugene Dlamini is also a director of the company and holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL. B) as well as a Master of Laws (LL. M) in Business Law. He is an attorney in the Kingdom of Eswatini as well as in the Republic of South Africa, where he is also a certified Business Advisor with the Institute of Business Advisors of Southern Africa (IBASA), a registered Tax Practitioner with the South African Revenue Service, and an Associate of the Association of Arbitrators for Southern Africa (AASA), with transactional experience exceeding a decade.

Trevor Bouwer consults as an attorney, notary and conveyancer in the Republic of South Africa, and with more than 25 years transactional experience in the commercial and energy sector, he holds a BA, LL. B, LL.M (Tax), H Dip Co. He is a Registered Tax Practitionerwith the South African Revenue Service, a Fellow of the Association of Arbitrators of Southern Africa (AASA) as well as the Institute of Directors of South Africa (IDoSA). He is a certified Arbitrator and a Small Claims Court Commissioner, with vast experience in procurement and energy.
